What do the colors mean?
Red colored events are Morning General Sessions
Orange colored events are Classes in EDGE
Yellow 
colored events are Classes NOT in EDGE
Green colored events are Meals
Purple colored events are Social Events
Blue colored events are Volunteer Opportunities

Curious about Prerequisites?
ALL prerequisites should be completed by June 10th. 
WBT - Web based training available in EDGE.
ILT - Instructor led class only.
If you are registered for an ILT prerequisite at the Training Conference it will be applied to the appropriate class needed at the Training Conference.

You may make changes to your schedule through June 10th.   After June 10th please call the Eastern PA Training Conference Help Line at (570) 599-6409. Hours of operation are 8:00am - 8:00pm. If you do not reach a live person, please leave a message. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to receive a response.

Concept of Operations Management

Concept of Operations Management is a 5 hour, advanced level, instructor-led training.  It is for all disaster workers in leadership positions. Concept of Operations Management and Concept of Operations Simulation are separate courses, but are designed to complement each other and should be offered together whenever possible.  

The purpose of this course is to provide an in-depth understanding of the Concept of Operations and instructions for how to apply the doctrine.

Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview (WBT)
Concept of Operations Basics (WBT)
Operations Planning Fundamentals (WBT)
Incident Reporting Fundamentals (WBT)
